Contract Installer Agreement?

Our contract installer has always treated us fairly, and we treat him well in return. However, we have a few large projects coming up dealing with multiple thousand dollars in payment - much more than the average job he works on here. So, we know we need the terms in writing before we proceed with him starting on the jobs, a verbal agreement/install quote is what we always used to date.

Does anyone have the verbiage to share that they use on their contracts? (or a contract template?) :thankyou:
