Cooling AIR vs LIQUID?

With all the threads that have been popping up lately and the fact we have been toying with the CNC machine idea.

Have seen comments regarding the different coolant types on metals, STEEL and ALUMINUM, ETC... would a coolant be needed for ACP sheets?

what are the advantages of each type?

Agreed, not needed on composites but for aluminum we went to an air cooler which is so much better than the mess from liquid cooled. It keeps the bit cool to the touch and works great.

Exair is what we have - love it. Amazing how cold it gets from simply running air through a vortex.
