copy and paste in flexi

Im new to Flexi, I used Omega for the last 25 years and I can copy and paste text from an email and in Omega I open the text screen and right click and paste the text into the box and I can use it on my sign but I can't find how to do that in Flexi

Select your text tool, then click on your artspace as if you were to type something, now you can paste(CTRL+V) text that you copied(CTRL+C) from your email.
