Copy Paste to Flexi 10 problem

Just this week I started having this problem. Any pictures (jpg) I copy and paste into Flexi does this. I know someone can help me.

Here's what I have to do all of a sudden to get a copy paste bitmap to function properly. Copy and PASTE SPECIAL (BITMAP) THEN RASTERIZE. Never had to go through these steps before.
