corel to cut studio

Why does the size of our sign seem to change size when we send our graphic to cut studio from corel ?

I seem to have a similiar problem also. But I always send my graphic straight to the cutter from Corel. Or does it filter through cut studio without me knowing it. Maybe cut studio and Corel need to be configured so they work together. (just guessing)
