corel x6 trying to do boundary for perf cut but its not getting the outside.

I am new to this so I am sorry in advance. I am trying to put line around my art to create a perfcut in Versaworks but when I do it in Corel this is what it is doing. See the light blue line? That is my boundary instead of being on the whole outside. What do I do to fix that so it will cut around the outside of sticker?

converting those outlines to object might help. Select each outline and hit ctrl+shift+q
