NC CORELDRAW 18 COLOR SETUP FOR SAWGRASS SG 800

Hi,
my name is Phil and I'm from Nouméa New Caledonia,
I'm having issues to convert the right colors from Corel Draw 18
to my Sawgrass SG800 sublimation printer.
The colors I'm printing in RGB from Corel Draw don't look the same
as I'm printing them in CMYK on my Sawgrass printer.
Can someone please help me out on how to get the right bright colors at the end???
