I'm unaware of Corel allowing transfers when buying used, at least for individuals, with the business it had to be transfers within the company. Adobe did when they had perpetual licenses, but had to notify them in order to get the email changed to allow registering with the "new" owner..
CorelDRAW Graphics Suite is registered to the previous owner's email address, and I can't register it.
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? Corel Helpdesk can't help me.

do it right ...
I somehow doubt this site is legit, it's listing AutoCad for $55, regular retail is over $2000, the old saying is often true, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.Buy your own, Here is a link for a company I use, its amazingly cheap for last year's version. Their customer service is really good too if you have any issues. https://acmeproductsstore.com/
Thanks everyone for your responses..

Thanks, JBurton.Oye, your only realistic option, aside from piracy, is to get in contact with the previous owner and either buy his email address from him, or if he's a real cool cat with all the time in the world to email back and forth with corel, ask him to inquire about activation.
I just went through activation of corel x6 on a new win 11 pc. They can and will help you, but you have to act like a self entitled child and repeatedly insist that you've paid for the right to use this software, have no interest in using the newest edition, etc.
