CorelDraw upgrade question

I presently have CorelDraw 7 and am going to upgrade to a newer version. I could get version 9 or 10 obviously much cheaper, so my question is: what does one get with 11 or 12? Is it that much different/better?

At minimum get 9, stay away from 10 and go for 12. I went from 9 - 11 - 12. The thing I like most about 12 is the snapping function (cursor snaps to features of the lines such as endpoint, midpoint, etc. - kinda like AutoCAD if you've ever used that). Other good stuff, too, but that is my favorite right now.
