Could I get some substrate/film/paper reviews/recommendation for EcoUv inks?

Hey Group,

Still exploring our newish Lec2-300 printer, trying to find some good easy roll materials to print on, that have some archival qualities that also have good adhesion using the Eco UV inks.

(Don't want to use Vinyl, as it's not considered a archival material)

Would love to hear any ideas, thoughts and suggestions for materials you like, that work well with your Roland and the EcoUV inks.

thanks thanks!!

True, UV inks aren't as archival as aqueous pigment inks.... but I'd rather the substrate outlive the inks!

To be honest, a polymeric vinyl will probably last as long as UV ink.

Since it's a UV machine, you can basically pick any material you feel like to print onto as the inks only sit on top of the paper and won't absorb into it.
Ilford, Hahnemühle, Breathing Color all have a fairly wide variety of archival papers to choose from.
