Countour cutting with registration box

Im in need of some help. Im trying to place a registration box around my TIF graphic so I can contour cut it after I have laminated it.

My last thread was about autotracing and all the help I got was great.But maybe it wasnt exactly worded correctly.

I use Corel and just draw a line around the bitmap I want to cut. Then assign the line as cut-contour.

Or do you mean to put cut marks for cutting after laminating? In that case I just hit the cut mark button in my RIP.

I dont know all the correct terms so It might be getting lost in translation.

My Tif graphic is on screen in flexi. I need to get it to the production manager with it seperated between print and cut. So its really a two part process. But I need that registration box around the print. So it will know where to cut.
I wish I knew all the correct terms so I could make more sense sorry.
