covering tiles with vinyl

I have a customer that have a restaurant at an amusement park. He want me to cover the tiles on the front of his countertop with vinyl (or other products). The first one is 215inX6in and the second one 180inX6in. The tiles are very small (1sq/inch). Again, the tile is outside.

What materials/technique would you suggest? Would it be better to just cover it with ACM or other rigid material and find a goog double sided tape to put it there?

I'm open to all suggestions.

The AlumiGraphics is an aluminum foil based product, it is 100% block out.

Sound like a great product, but at +- 5,30$ sq/ft here in canada, it is pricey.

3M 480cv3 with 3M 8580 Gloss laminate. This film also has the gray adhesive and will block out the overlaying colors.
