Crease through 30' of 3m

Got to love working on a Sat and Sunday......

I'm printing a partial with 3mIJ189cv3 and about 50' or so in I check on it and there is a crease in the vinyl that runs about a foot in on the right for 30+ feet. It def is deep enough to scream at you after the ink is on.

My question:
I have had issues with banner material (greasy rollers from factory) and other material but never with something as expensive as wrap vinyl. I had plenty of material on this roll to do my 4 jobs out of it, but now it will be dangerously close if not enough at all. I have a great relationship with my supplier and normally through the week I would of been on the horn with them already. I wasted 20' feet at least with it starting on a panel that needs replaced now. Just wondering if I should expect a full roll replacement? Ink replacement? I don't want to be pushy but I don't want to get worked either.

And I hope this line doesn't show back up later in the roll.

Rare but going to see it once in a long while on any brand. I've worked with ones like that - as long as it's not an actual fold and the ink is fully covering it will work out during install.

I already stopped the print and forwarded the roll. It didn't look right inkwise and I didn't want to chance it. I went with cutting out the problem instead of having to explain a redu to the customer if it didn't look right after the install. It is pretty deep.
