CreateABid.com, anyone else get a random solicitation by them?

I was wondering if anyone else in the industry has received a solicitation recently via email and postcard by them? I was wondering if they are a legit company, as if they are I know of a couple real small shops that could use their service if its truly free.

Below is a sample of their email... just seems weird, and the reviews either are scarce or seem planted like so many internet companies.

I'm trying to figure out how we got on their list... it's intriguing, we are very happy with SignVOX but I have a few clients that are really small shops that are still on an excel estimator that I built and gave them that have been looking for an affordable solution for their low budget.
