Crop Marks etc

Hi All
New here. I have a roland sp300v works great, ut I cantget rid of the crop lines. I have switche them of in versaworks but they still print. Have had it serviced and they printed without he lines etc. We checked all the settings they were the same, using corelx4 and cs2 would that be printing them.
Any ideas greatly appreciated

You may be bringing in the crop marks from your Corel..is it a Roland type crop mark? Have you checked that the Crop Marks is set to off as your default?? Go to EDIT / Que A / Crop marks ...then check Que B as well. Good luck!
