Crop-Tool adustment Error message,,

After Crop-tool Adjustment in Auto mode, the Cj-500 does it's thing and after that says remove crop mark, so I do that, Hit Enters it gave me and Error message
"Lost Crop Mark. Not sure how to deal with this Error message..I need to set up
contour setting ,,, it over cut the top of the image..

Memory is blurry on this one but are you using black vinyl, and then remove the cut area?

I am using white gloss cut vinyl... I tried to correct the contour cutting in the print/cut mode but not having any luck no matter how
much I adjust the feed, and or scan it not showing any difference when I do print/cut test...
