Custom backlit signs

i have to replace this sign, and have never done something like this before and am kinda out of my league, any help would be appreciated. the box looks to be in good shape and i have someone to router out the file i send them. however the way it mounted in was by a plastic rail, kind of a channel that the sign looked to be glues to then had holes that screwed into the box. I am not sure where to get some type of channel like this one. if anyone has any ideas let me know im located in Burbank CA.

Question... do you have a C-46 or a C-61/D45 Contractors license?

If not, you might want to pass this off to a sign shop that does have one.
