Looking to see what people are using to create "eye black". I have a large softball tourney in my area coming up and wanted to get some free publicity by providing free under the eye, eye block stickers.

I have never made these, but according to eyeblackstickers.com they use "3M medical grade tape (latex free)". Maybe one of your local vinyl reps can point you in the right direction.
