Rant Customer "artwork"

I know there are a ton of threads griping about this topic, but I couldn't find one fast enough, so I'm starting a new one.
Short story - this (unpleasant and rude) lady needs these signs TOMORROW, and this is what she sent for the artwork she said she had. Literally a picture of her macbook display, with something she started on vistaprint.com.

I tell people pretty much all the time they need to email their copy over. No less than once a week I get a photo of a hand written document. Often the same document I told them they had to go home, type up and email it to me.

I remember it vividly - I immediately thought of that episode when Geneva suggested I print her photo. LOL

if only the boss were that strict! I hope he's adding a PITA tax.
I just quickly redid them - she got the 90 second version. Said they look great.

This is what she said when my boss told her we couldn't use that "artwork":

"It don’t need to be exact. Just red background and that wording. That’s all."

And that's all she gets!

You should include that taskbar/docker with all her icons along the bottom of the banner to personalize it for her.

No problem, really. But when someone is rude, wants a faster turnaround than normal, says they have their own artwork (which largely affects the turnaround time), then sends that, at the end of (my) day. I just wanted to gripe. My life is dull and I don't have much to gripe about. Her signs will be done tomorrow. But I will have to push back some other projects for regular customers. Also had a walk-in today who wants vehicle magnets tomorrow. So many surprises.

Not sure I could pull off a "Karen" attitude. Then again... there was that one time I thought I was going to be escorted out of Walmart, that one time when I was having difficulty exchanging a prepaid phone card, that didn't work with the phone I bought.
