Customising a Spectrotone table

In Flexi 7.6v2 the current Gerber Scientific Products Spectratone table has over 3000 colors.
Does anyone know of a way to generate a custom Spectratone table that only uses the colors I have in my current table (with the color foils I have).
An automatic way would work best so I could update as more foils are bought.
