Hi fellow sign cats. has anyone had the problem of the cut button in vinyl master pro being unavailable? test cut is fine but when i go to cut a desing cut button isnt available..any ideas?? many thanks

Is it the new version or old?
1. Old version had a dongle, won't work without it.
2. Trial version of the newer program will let you design but not cut.
3. New version has to be registered online.
When you open VMP and the gateway screen comes up, go down to tech support then click on contact support.
Shaun and Tony are fantastic to deal with and will get you sorted.

That is the old version that has to have a dongle plugged into your computer for it to work, it's no longer supported by Future corp(VMP)
The new version price is listed on that web site I posted and is worth every cent, I tried a few other programs and they were just a waste of time and money.
