Cut Master 4 plugin not working with CC2021

Hi Cut master 4 won't work with my illustrator.
Working on Mac, downloaded software and registered on SAI website.
When the prompt screen to sign in first comes up, I enter details and it just comes up after about 30 secs software does not have a licence.
Im signed into SAI on line, plotter is CE 6000.

I've experienced similar issue with Windows version of AI, but don't have a Mac.
Adobe comes out with new revisions frequently, and sometimes it takes time for SAi to catch up to make sure the CM is compatible.
Try, reverting to a previous AI version. On my computer I have two versions, one which runs CM3, one with CM4.

I just experienced the same thing on my PC. I just reinstalled CM4 and let the computer immediately restart and it started working again.
