Cut or Perforate through poster paper or stonehenge paper?

Hello,

Is there a blade that can cut through papers and not vinyl?
It seems on 45 degree and foil blades it does not penetrate on the back of the paper.

No I have not.. I did see them online. All of them seem fairly cheap in price, are they made of good quality? Are the ones on Ebay worth it?
The OEM roland seem a bit too much like 80 dollars for a pack of 5 here at a supplier.

I use 60 degree blades exclusively on my roland and have occasionally done cuts to regular paper. I tend to use a contour cut as a perf cut, cutting all the way through, but my path would have tabs to hold the pieces in place. Of course, I measure and test the cut before the real production run to make sure my blade and cutting strip are up for the task.
