Cut Speed Adjustment?

GS15 plus — GspPlot 4.0

Hello,
I am having a problem trying to slow down our plotter. It is repeatedly ripping some smaller cuts on this job. So, I go into plotter setting and adjust the speed and run a test print... which seems to reflex the speed change. Then when I send the job to cut, it runs at full speed. I've tried setting it to 50, 40, 15, & 10 on the speed slider and they all run at the same speed?
