cutcontour lines moving?

So when im using my rolland i make a cut contour line and that acts as my cutline, in the hp production manager when i use those same files it also works but it seems as if the cutline moves over slightly is that normal? do i need to do it a different way?

If it works, don't touch it. Also, a screenshot would be nice, just to know that we're thinking the same thing.

no its not working, the cut contour will not match up with my decals, brand new machine. un believable.

Alright. What program are you creating the files in? In what way are you exporting and then importing into Production Manager? What machine are you using to cut the graphics? What type of registration marks are you using? Are you using Production Manager to set the marks or are you using the design program?
