Not sure, but a couple of things to check for trouble shooting:
1. Is the blade getting old/worn
2. Are you using all the clamping wheels to hold the media
3. Are the clamping wheels aligned properly over the grit wheels
4. How old are the clamping wheels
One thing we ran into is worn clamping wheels. When replacing, remember the the two outermost are slightly larger diameter than the inner ones. If you miss this, then the media will not be held evenly and the result would be cutting force would appear uneven. Someone else may have better suggestions, but this is where I would start.
