Cutpath in cs5 ?

Some talented comrads have shared how to produce a cutpath in Illustrator cs3 which I appreciate very much. Now I have purchased cs5 and trying to do the same thing. Very new to Illustrator...:bushmill:

Basically, anything you produce in Illustrator (with the exception of raster images) is a cut path when imported into a cutting program such as Flexi or SignLab...both text and shapes.

Are you expecting to use Illustrator to drive a plotter cutter? That's a different story.
