Cutter is not able to find the knife home position

Summa Class 2 T-Series Cutter - is displaying the message "cutter not able to find the knife home position. I have searched Summa Manuals, Youtube, Google and prayed to my gods but can't seem to find any documentation? Has anyone encountered this and what is the fix?

The message means the knife does not rotate. There could be many causes, you must contact a technician. In the meantime you can try to use the drag tool instead of the tangential one, but if the problem is the main board the drag tool won't work either.
