Cutter speed HP latex

I recently got an HP Latex 115 printer with the basic cutter combo. It uses Rip called SAI Flex. It seems to get buckled and not die cut properly but only on wider rolls of vinyl. Is there a speed setting that will allow me to slow down the feed of the length as it moves in and out? I have figured out the pressure adjustment fairly well. Additionally what are the best brands of vinyl to use for stickers? My primary product with it is just going to be Stickers for like business to give out.

Download HP cutter control. Connect to the cutter and you can change all the speeds and velocities.

Flexi can overwrite the speed settings on the cutter. check cutter settings on your version. this is how my one looks like:
