Hey...I've never cut Alumet panels before and since I've switched over from MDO I've never had to as most signs we do use the full panel. Anyhow...is there a specific way to cut this stuff?? Do I need a different blade on my saw? Thanks for your help !!!

If by 'Alumet' you mean laminated panels then treat it like it's wood.

A table saw with a decent combination blade, a jig saw with something on the order of a 16tpi down cut blade, most any band saw, a Cutawl with the general purpose toothed down cut blade, etc, etc, will all cut cleanly.

I prefer an 80 tooth TCD...for the cleanest finish cut.
