HI, hope I can explain this. My Graphtec just died and I need to cut a black vinyl job using Avery vinyl, (designed/set up in signlab) so I sent it over to our Vp 540 and gave it a contour cut and it did a horrible job ( the sanserif's where half cut off) looking at the options in the control panels on our flexi there is a send to cut but each time I try and send ( took off the contour cut) I get a "cannot open port". Is this not installed or am I missing an important step
would rather not print and cut as I have done 6 of their trucks with the black vinyl and would like them to look the same.
