Cutting direct from Corel

When i am cutting from Corel X3 my lines are jagged. not all of them ,but mostly text. i cut direct to roland without using "cutcontour" as outline, if that makes a difference. are there any reasons like need to convert to curves, or something simple like that i can try? its not terribly bad, but not precise like it was when i cut from signmate express. dont want to use SM because it keeps crashin and well ...you know.

Is this with all fonts or just some of them?

as i just started cutting direct, i have only noticed it a few times. some jagged cuts are on outline objects as well, so dont think it is just a text thing.

I use a hairline outline and cut direct to a roland with no issues.
