Need Help Cutting edge print with HS15, The actual cut is ending up short.

Just hooked up a HS15 to my EDGE setup because my other plotter broke. The whole thing cuts but it ends up 51" long on a 53" image. The height stays correct for the whole length but the cut ends up condensed a little on the X axis. Any ideas, it's driving me nuts.
Thanks

the media is pin feed. 1 50 yd roll should be perfect.
are your belts in good shape & properly tensioned?
if you cut out 3 of the same size, are they the same?
or is there variation from cut to cut? (indicating slippage)

All cuts are the same. No matter how many or what size. The belt is tensioned. The belt only controls the Y axis which is fine. It's the X axis that's off.
The error is off proportionately. If I cut an 8" box it is .15 short. On a 16" box it's .30 short.
