Need Help Cutting Issue

I have a VS-540i and I have a problem with vinyl cutting. Here's a photo.The letters are not cut well

First thing I think off is a wrong knive offset.

I vote blade offset cut some T's and triangles and adjust until you get square corners

We had I similar issue with our new gr640. It turned out it was a problem with Versaworks dual. We temporarily cured it by connecting with a USB cable until Versaworks got updated. Could be worth a try. Not sure about the blade offset, I think if that was the issue it would appear on corners not in the middle of a circle.
