Cutting Master Compatibity

Okay, I have a new computer that is running windows 7, corel x5 and it is a 64 bit machine. I have downloaded Cutting Master, but it won't install. I cannot get Graphtec support to answer the phone, not even getting a voice mail.
Anybody have this setup working?

The install is strange with 64bit.
I did get it to work, but don't remember the process...

Sold the Graphtec due to the GREAT customer support.(or lack of)
Summa answers the everytime!

Make sure you have the newest version of CM2, I run it off my laptop when I work on client's equipment, and hands down it's one of the best cutting softwares out there.

a little more information would be helpful, I doubt it's a w7 compatibility issue, more likely an x5 issue, but even still, this would be the first I heard of it.
