cutting off the page

Okay I have a pnc 1100 and corel draw12 trying to cut straight from corel draw. I have it all setup when I go to cut it does only half of it on the page what am I doing wrong

I'm not using a bridge program straight from corel draw. I now have it printing the right way but it does not recinize anything on the right half of the page only the top left of the page not sure how to fix that any suggestions
