I am using Graphix Advantage 6.2 software to cut with a Gerber Envision Plotter. For no known reason signs are being cut longer than the stated measurement. But the height stays correct. Example: 24"w x 12"t comes out 24.625"w x 12"t. I re-installed the GA 6.2 software but it did not correct the problem. Any help is appreciated
