Cutting Vinyl 24' by 36'

Hello,

We are covering a dance floor with a pattern - mostly lines and some curves - all cut vinyl but large size. Has anybody done something similar before - plan to cut on a graphtec plotter. Any advice on how to break up the file and setup the files so we can install this without wasting time.

i would divide it into 24'x4' pieces. Big squeegee is your friend on install.

wow 24' decal on the Graphtec... that roll better be lined up straight haha. I would wuss out and go 4'x8' but it would all depend on the graphic.

I did 4x35 feet plots on my Roland GX640. Of course you need to make sure you do set it up properly.
