cyan oh cyan

We are having trouble with cyan on our jv3 it will print on half of the test print but WILL NOT PRINT when we send just a test print cyan? Any help would be great.

Have you ever changed damper or capping ?

If not, Change dampers for all colors and capping , Mayby ink pumps too

Do not change dampers if you dont have capping in good condition, you will have to have a good suction to get the colors flowing fine after the replace

fixed cyan now yellow is acting up.... I am going to try changing the yellow dampers next. Thanks for the help
