Need Help Damper change jv100 160

Hi everyone
Has anyone got a video or instructions for damper change on jv100 160
I have got a little bit cyan mixing with yellow in test print and some magenta nozzles dropping out during print on print head 1

If you have mixing colors, could just be contamination on the wiper or possibly internal issues with the head. Not sure about a video, but dampers are just press-fit into the head. Just disconnect ink line, tug it out, then put in a new one and reconnect.

That makes sense for mixed colours but already changed wiper, cap tops and capping station. Do you know that part number of the wiper cleaner as it doesn't seem to clean the top of wiper - not sure if thats what its meant to do but never really looked, i have only cleaned it when doing maintenance each week.
