Dance Floor Wraps

I do a lot of dance floor wraps and have heard a few horror stories from people where the finish was pulled up or they had an issue. Of course it all depends on the installer, vinyl used, and the condition of the floor. I was thinking of starting to go out and test every floor I do which would be a lot of driving and time on my part. Does anyone do a lot of dance floor wraps and if so do you have a standard waiver form that you have the owner of the dance floor sign or how do you go about releasing yourself of liability up front before the install if there is an issue with the floor, not the vinyl, since we should all be using the proper removable adhesive vinyl. Thank you
