In my experience I do 2 things to help. Turn the heat up if possible, what is your current temperature of curing? Second, I rarely lay down 120% especially on regular vinyl. Typically 100% at most. Sometimes just more airflow in the room will help (box fan) and if that doesn't work, grab a heat gun.
