Davis-Bacon Act / Certified Payroll

Hello All,

Does anyone have any experience with certified payrolls required under the Davis-Bacon Act?

An installer and I are working through trying to meet a HUD requirements for a certified payroll - the county won't pay till they get this.

I hire out my installs and he hires 1099 subs to get them done.

Any suggestions on how / or even if, we need to submit this?

Since your subs are 1099, I am not sure you can meet the criteria. Sounds like you need to contact your CPA and pay him for the CONSULTATION.
