DC3 Help

Hello,

I have a Summa DC3 with a head switch problem in which Summa support has not been very helpful or responsive. Does anyone know a company that works on Summa products in Chalotte NC area? Any help would be great.

I have replaced the head 3 times on my machine, never much of an
issue.
