We bought a DCS UV-53 Printer a couple of years ago and it has been an adventure ever since. We have been having issues with it to where we don't ever dare to run a full bed of signs because we know we will have issues. One row works, 2 sometimes but we tried 3 this time. and by the 3 hour print mark we started to notice that the clear braille was off because we have to run it like a 2 part print. 3 parts if you include the text. Before doing so we calibrated the clear varnish, we have very recently cleaned the encoder strip but is there any other hints/tips/tricks that we can do so we can full a full bed to where we don't loose a quarter of our signs.
