Decal vendor needed

Hello,

I need a referral for someone that can print small decals, in varying solid colors, contour cut on clear material. The trick is that I will also need WHITE decals on clear as well as other colors. Quantities of about a 100 or so at a time, wholesale pricing. Any and all recommendations welcomed, with merchant members given preference.
