Hey guys,
I know how to get into the service/advanced menus (printer's own 'Konami code'), but can't figure out how to set our FB500 to allow selecting multiple jobs for deletion. We have a LOT of old jobs on there and deleting one-at-a-time is agonizing. There's nothing on there we need to keep, so even a global job 'wipe' would be good.
Unlike the Fb550, 700 +, the 500 does not run the updated firmware/OS which does this easily. But there IS a way to do it -- I saw a tech get rid of a screen-full at a time last time they were out at the shop.
