DGI ST-1806 ink does not travel across ink lines.

Hello, I have a DGI ST-1806 and a few weeks ago I was printing fine but I have not used it since then. Now it seem that the ink is not going all the way to the sub tanks that fill the heads... Don't know what to do. Thank you.
