That Signs101 Declaration is not the original look.
The original was hand written by Timothy Matlack. But like some people, we know would not be able to read it, this has been typeset. Saw the real one in Washington DC when I was about 10 years old Under glass.

Was the ink still wet?

You can hardly read it now. It’s protected underneath special glass and lights but the document is withering away…

Mine came in with a nice scratch right through the white and CMYK ink.
Not real good quality control if you are trying to sell a new capability
