Die cut on FC7000?

Do ya'll die cut on the Graphtec? I just dont want to keep on replacing blades or have the material jam up in the cutter. What pressure do you put it on?

Yes indeed. Pressure depends on material I am cutting and whether or not it is laminated. Always do a test cut first. Generally on cast w/lam my pressure is at 20 or 21. More for reg. vinyl.

which blade do u use, or just same one with more pressure?

use the perf cut line type, and add more pressure.

A little off the heart of this question, but I thought I would take the opportunity to clearify a term, just for fun... Die cutting is done with a cutting die. Cutting on a roll plotter or cnc driven device is digital cutting...
